Haryana Ka Rockstar – Singing Reality Show

This document lays down the terms and conditions (“Terms”) governing the registration and participation of applicants (“Participant(s)”) in the singing reality show titled “Haryana Ka Rockstar” (“Show”), organized and managed by Bidha Films Private Limited (“Organizer”). By registering and participating in the Show, the Participant and/or their parent/guardian (if below 18 years of age) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Participant must be an Indian citizen and a resident of India.
1.2. The age criteria for participation shall be minimum 16 years and maximum 40 years as on the date of registration.
1.3. Participants below 18 years of age must submit a parental/guardian consent form duly signed.
1.4. The Participant must provide valid identification proof (Aadhaar Card/Passport/Driving License/School ID or equivalent).

2. Registration

2.1. Registration must be completed through the official website/platform of the Show.
2.2. Incomplete, false, misleading, or multiple registrations may lead to rejection or disqualification.
2.3. Submission of the registration form does not guarantee selection.

3. Audition Process

3.1. Auditions will be conducted in the following cities in Haryana: Rohtak, Hisar, Karnal, Gurugram, Ambala, Faridabad.
3.2. The Participant shall select one preferred city while registering.
3.3. The Organizer reserves the right to change, reschedule, or cancel the audition date, time, or venue at its sole discretion without prior notice.
3.4. Participants must carry their ID proof and registration confirmation to the audition venue.

4. Performance Rules

4.1. Each Participant will be allotted a limited time (2–3 minutes) to perform during the audition.
4.2. Performances must not contain any vulgar, obscene, offensive, or inappropriate content.
4.3. The use of pre-recorded music/backing tracks will be subject to the discretion of the Organizer.
4.4. Any violation of these rules shall result in disqualification.

5. Selection & Judging

5.1. Selection shall be based solely on the discretion of the judging panel and the Organizer.
5.2. The decision of the judges and the Organizer shall be final, binding, and non-contestable.
5.3. Shortlisting in one round does not guarantee participation in subsequent rounds unless formally communicated by the Organizer.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1. By participating, the Participant grants the Organizer an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to record, use, reproduce, broadcast, publish, and distribute their performance, name, image, video, and voice for promotion, marketing, telecast, or any other commercial purpose related to the Show.
6.2. The Participant waives any claim for compensation, royalties, or further consideration arising from such use.
6.3. All rights in the content, including audio-visual recordings of auditions and performances, shall vest exclusively with the Organizer.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1. Participants must adhere to discipline and follow the instructions of the Organizer at all times.
7.2. Misconduct, harassment, use of abusive language, violence, or consumption of alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances shall lead to immediate disqualification.

8. Expenses

8.1. All costs, including travel, lodging, and meals for attending auditions, shall be borne solely by the Participant.
8.2. The Organizer shall not be liable for any reimbursement unless specifically agreed in writing.

9. Liability & Indemnity

9.1. Participation in the Show shall be at the sole risk of the Participant.
9.2. The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage, or death arising during auditions or participation in the Show.
9.3. The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
10.2. Any dispute, claim, or difference arising out of or in relation to this Show shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Haryana.

11. Modification of Terms

11.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw any of these Terms at any time without prior notice.
11.2. Continued participation in the Show constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Acceptance

By registering, the Participant (and parent/guardian, if under 18) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions
