Haryana Ka Rockstar – Organized by Bidha Films

1. INTRODUCTION

“Haryana ka Rockstar” (hereinafter referred to as the “Show”) is an entertainment talent-based competition organized and conducted by Bidha Films (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). By participating in the auditions and/or the Show, the participant agrees to abide by all the Terms & Conditions stated herein.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Participants must:

• Be an Indian citizen
• Be a resident of India
• Be aged between 15 to 35 years
• Be physically and mentally fit
• Have no criminal record
• Participants below 18 years must participate with Parent/Guardian consent.

3. AUDITION PROCESS (OFFLINE)

• Auditions will be conducted on-ground (offline) at selected locations in Haryana.
• Participant must fill the registration form with correct details and make payment.

Any false or incomplete information = disqualification

4. AUDITION ROUNDS

The Show may include (as per Company discretion):

• Ground Audition
• Shortlisting Round
• Semi-Finale
• Grand Finale

Company has full right to add/remove/change rounds anytime.

5. SELECTION & DISQUALIFICATION

• Selection is based on talent, performance, and judges’ decision
• Decision of Company/judges = FINAL & BINDING

Company can disqualify any participant:

• For misconduct
• Providing false information
• Violation of rules
• Any inappropriate behavior

6. PRIZE

The winner of the Show will receive a cash prize of ₹5,00,000 (Five Lakh Rupees)

Important:

• Prize may be subject to tax deduction (TDS)
• Company reserves right to modify prize structure

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (VERY IMPORTANT)

• All performances, videos, photos, recordings, and content created during the Show shall be sole property of Bhida Films
• Participant gives full rights to Company to use their name, image, voice, performance. Use content for promotion, social media, TV, digital platforms
• No extra payment will be made for such usage

8. PUBLICITY RIGHTS

By participating, the participant agrees that their content may be used for:

• Instagram
• YouTube Promotions
• Advertisements

Without any additional consent or payment

9. NO CLAIM / NO PAYMENT

Participation in auditions does NOT guarantee selection. Participant cannot claim:

• Money
• Benefits
• Compensation
• Except the declared prize (if winner)

10. EXPENSES

All travel, stay, and personal expenses will be borne by participant. Company is not responsible for any cost

11. LIABILITY

Company is not responsible for:

• Injury
• Loss
• Damage
• Accidents

During auditions or participation

12. CODE OF CONDUCT

Participants must:

• Maintain disciplineRespect judges and staff
• Avoid misconduct
• Violation = immediate disqualification

13. COMPANY RIGHTS

Bhida Films reserves the right to:

• Modify rules anytime
• Change audition dates/locations
• Cancel or postpone the Show
• Disqualify any participant

14. LEGAL JURISDICTION

This agreement is governed by laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to jurisdiction of Haryana courts
